About the Role

As a key member of our Field Sales team, you'll drive business growth through:

* Hunting for New Business: Prospecting with self-sourced and company leads to open doors to new clients.
* Tailoring Solutions: Conducting face-to-face and virtual consultations to understand customer needs and provide tailored digital marketing solutions.
* Closing Deals: Presenting, negotiating, and sealing deals with new and existing clients to increase revenue.
* Client Management: Nurturing relationships for up to 12 months post-sale, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
* Data Analysis: Reviewing data to identify growth opportunities, boost ROI, and ensure long-term success.


Qualifications

* Proven success in sales (Field Sales or High-Performing Telesales)
* Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
* Resilience and a positive attitude in overcoming objections
* Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
* Experience in solution selling or SaaS (desirable but not essential)
* Full UK driving license with no more than 6 points
