Sales Representative £35,000 - £40,000 Chesterfield Days, Monday - Friday Permanent Opportunity Metalis Engineering Recruitment are working alongside a specialist manufacturer based in Chesterfield who are looking for a driven, outgoing Sales Representative to join the team. Someone who is confident knocking doors, making cold calls chasing opportunities. Duties & Responsibilities: Actively seek out new business opportunities through door-to-door outreach, cold calling, and follow-up visits Source and qualify leads while arranging meetings for the installation and maintenance teams Communicate the company's services clearly and confidently to prospective clients Identify key decision-makers and begin building professional relationships Capture basic client needs and pass accurate information to the technical team Track quotations and assist in closing deals alongside the engineering team Consistently meet daily activity targets, including calls made, visits completed, and leads generatedShifts & Salary: Strong sales drive and resilience Comfortable with face-to-face cold outreach and door knocking Basic understanding of services (training will be provided) Good communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, energetic, and target-focused Previous experience in sales, canvassing, or field sales Knowledge of engineering drawings is desirable Shifts & Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience) Clear sales targets & commission structures Company car, laptop & phone Plenty of training & support Growth opportunities within sales or account managementIf this role sounds of interest, please apply now and we will be in touch
