Salary: Leadership L11 – L17 - £66,368 to £76,772 per annum

Walton on Trent CofE Primary School is a thriving school at the heart of the local community, providing a vibrant learning experience for every child. Values driven with a focus on providing an environment that prepares pupils to be confident and happy citizens, JTMAT is now starting its search for the next leader of this caring and inclusive school.
The successful candidate will have a solid track record of delivering school improvement, expertise across all key stages and experience of strategies to improve teaching and learning. Working closely with the Trust, you will set the strategic direction of the school, develop plans for improvements and developments, and have the skills to engage with staff, pupils, Governors and the wider school community.
Responsibilities
* Provide leadership, guidance and direction, with the ability to assess and demonstrate outstanding teaching practice.
* Build a high-performing team, motivating and challenging where necessary.
* Forge and nurture partnerships for the benefit of the school.
* Set the strategic direction of the school, develop plans for improvements and developments, and engage with staff, pupils, Governors and the wider school community.
We’re looking for outstanding candidates who can lead and sustain improvements in a values-driven, inclusive environment.
Qualifications and experience
* Strong track record of delivering school improvement.
* Expertise across all Key Stages.
* Experience of implementing strategies to improve teaching and learning.
* Ability to work closely with the Trust to drive school-wide initiatives and performance.
