Role - HR Projects Lead (FTC, Part-Time)
Contract type: Fixed-term until December 2026
Working pattern: Part-time, 3 days per week (or equivalent)
Location: Hybrid – minimum 2 days per week on-site (Reading area)
Salary: £85,000 pro rata
The Role

You’ll combine big-picture thinking with hands-on delivery — whether that’s designing organisational development initiatives, using data to influence decisions, or supporting leaders to build inclusive, high-performing teams.
