This role is ideal for an educator with a passion for political science, a deep understanding of government systems, and the ability to engage and inspire students aged 11-18.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that reflect the curriculum and cater to a range of abilities.
* Foster a stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and enthusiastic discussion among students.
* Assess and monitor student progress and provide feedback to promote both academic and personal growth.
* Participate in departmental activities, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance the teaching standards and curriculum.

Requirements:
* A recognized teaching qualification in the UK (QTS, PGCE or equivalent).
* Degree in Political Science, Government, or a closely related field.
* Proven experience teaching Politics & Government or related subjects.
* Strong understanding of the current curriculum and educational strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Enhanced DBS check, current or eligible to process.
