Job Description
The key responsibilities for the Customer Service Sales Advisor role are:
3. Respond to customer calls and emails promptly and professionally, meeting agreed service level targets
4. Accurately process customer orders and follow up to ensure expectations are met
5. Work closely with Account Managers and Business Development Managers to support promotional campaigns
6. Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets through inbound and outbound calls
7. Maintain customer records and activity logs in the company's CRM system
8. Identify opportunities to re-engage non-trading customers
9. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer journey
10. Continuously contribute to improvements in service quality and operational processes
11. Represent the voice of the customer within the business
