Role and Experience Level


The firm is seeking a bright, commercially aware junior associate (NQ - 2 PQE) to join its top-ranked Real Estate team in London. This is an outstanding chance to contribute to high-value, strategically significant transactions across a wide range of real estate assets, including office, retail, industrial, and regeneration projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Advising on a variety of asset management work, with responsibility for managing your own matters as part of wider client teams.
* Supporting transactions including acquisitions, disposals, development projects, and financings.
* Drafting and negotiating a range of real estate documents.
* Ensuring clients receive strategic, commercially-focused legal advice that reflects current regulatory frameworks.
* Developing and maintaining client relationships across the firm’s impressive roster of private equity funds, property companies, and institutional investors.
