Why This Role is Exciting AuditBoard is seeking a creative and digitally-savvy Marketing Specialist to help drive business growth and expansion in the EMEA region, supporting a broad set of marketing programs and assisting in-region and global team members in marketing execution. Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, data-driven, organized team player who can remain calm under pressure. In this role you will be primarily responsible for, but not limited to, planning and deploying digital demand generation programs, planning and executing digital events in tight collaboration with our US-based teams, and continuous iteration and improvement of those programs for the regions. This role will be hybrid and you are expected to be in our London office 1-2 days a week. You need to be comfortable in a hybrid work environment and working with a team spread across EMEA and the US. Key Responsibilities Demand generation: Ownership of our EMEA content syndication programs: vendor selection, content curation, program monitoring Key liaison for EMEA digital events, supported by corporate digital events team: topic and speaker identification with Product Marketing/Corp Comms, owner for dry runs & local speaker liaison Become the key liaison for our digital programs in region (social, email, display), supported by our agency and corporate teams Regional marketing programming: Support the EMEA regional marketing team with third-party and owned events execution and promotion Support the EMEA regional marketing team in creating localized ABM programs Collaborate with the global marketing teams to plan, develop, and execute integrated programs. Understand regional differences in cultures and market maturity; ability to translate these into your marketing programs Collaboration and enablement: Collaborate with Sales and other key stakeholders to ensure programs are aligned with business objectives Derive and drive insights and learning from regional programs back to corporate and regional stakeholders Analytics: Create post-campaign and program reports and provide stakeholders with insights into campaign and event performance. Attributes for a Successful Candidate 2 years of B2B technology marketing experience A keen learner with a hunger to expand their knowledge and remit Bonus points for experience with webinar delivery apps and marketing automation tools. Bonus points for fluency in one additional European language (French or German particularly) Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related field. Highly organized with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns and events simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners. Willingness to travel globally to in-person events as needed. Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
