Responsibilities
* Develop and implement care plans for young adults transitioning to independence.
* Provide line management support, overseeing the performance and development of junior staff.
* Apply knowledge of legislation including the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and the Care Act 2014.
* Manage budgets effectively to support service users.
* Liaise with professionals across health and social care to coordinate holistic services.
* Apply safeguarding procedures to protect vulnerable adults and children.
Requirements
* Willingness to undertake line management responsibilities.
* Submission of a fully completed Adult MOC form.
* Valid driving licence.
