The successful candidate will play a key role in managing Customer Incentive Plan processes, working closely with Sales, Finance, and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure accurate budgeting, accruals, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities Manage all Customer Incentive Plan (CIP) related processes Support Sales teams with CIP agreement setup and budgeting using SAP and related systems Steer accrual procedures and analyse accrual positions Lead CIP‑related finance and business reviews Manage CIP agreement close‑outs and budget releases Release accruals into the P&L in line with finance requirements Discuss complex CIP and accrual scenarios with Sales and Finance stakeholders Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, Legal, and Customer Issue Resolution teams as required Confidently explain financial impacts and processes to non‑finance audiences Skills & Experience Required Essential: Strong analytical skills with good numeracy and finance capability Fluent English (written and verbal) Minimum...
