About the Position We’re looking for a highly skilled UK Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of over 30 financial services clients, building deep relationships, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction and success with Voyc’s platform. This is a high-impact role requiring strong interpersonal skills, technical understanding, and a results-driven approach. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Operations, and Engineering to align our solutions with client needs, maximize customer value, and drive retention and expansion. Role Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of financial services clients across the UK. Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives. Conduct regular check-ins and strategic business reviews to ensure satisfaction and usage growth. Provide high-level guidance on the use of Voyc’s software, tailored to both technical and non-technical users. Monitor customer health and mitigate risks proactively through data insights and client engagement. Lead contract renewals and negotiations with economic buyers. Identify and drive upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts. Collaborate closely with internal teams to influence product improvements and customer outcomes. Present insights, reports, and ROI metrics using Excel and CRM data. Represent Voyc at client events, dinners, and in-person meetings. Stay current with compliance and regulatory trends in financial services. Requirements Minimum of 5 years' experience in an Account Management role, ideally within a software or SaaS environment. Proven ability to engage with clients across multiple levels, including C-suite. Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate client needs into product value. Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills. Proficient in Excel; experience with HubSpot is a plus. Located in the UK, ideally south of Birmingham (e.g. Oxford, Reading, Milton Keynes). Must have access to a car and hold a valid UK driver’s licence. Comfortable traveling to client sites weekly and attending occasional evening functions. Knowledge of financial services and compliance regulations is an advantage. Self-starter with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
