Position Summary
This role is part of SEUK MX division and will have a key part in ensuring the efficient operational management within the SCM function. It involves working within a team of SCM specialists responsible for managing day‑to‑day relationships with key accounts, collaborating with the sales team to maintain accurate forecasting, and operating efficiently within established processes. The role also supports and develops MX OPS (demand planning) and ensures the work is carried out accurately with timely escalations.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinating weekly/monthly sales planning collaboratively with other functional teams and supporting the commercial team to meet sales targets by bringing the optimal stock in on time.
* Demand forecasting in collaboration with other teams and updating the system on a weekly basis.
* Submitting month‑end revenue forecasts (Sokbo) and monitoring long‑term target planning with PM (Shillheng).
* Analyzing business risks and driving required actions across all division members.
* Leading business reviews with collaborative partners to build correct strategic relationships.
* Liaising with HQ regarding product availability, confirming production schedules & expected shipment dates.
* Liaising with 3rd‑party logistics companies regarding inbound/outbound shipping and securing booking slots.
* Working with the finance team regarding credit control/limitation, billing/invoice references, etc.
* Analyzing and reporting to senior management on key SCM metrics, proactively highlighting risks and opportunities.

* Educated to degree level or equivalent.
* Excellent skills in SAP, Microsoft Office packages; particularly Excel.
* Strong numeracy skills.

* Experience creating and executing a structured channel plan and managing it to successful conclusion.
* Good project‑management skills and demonstrable ability to achieve results through cross‑functional teams.
