The role also involves supporting a vibrant programme of school productions, drama clubs, and enrichment opportunities.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Deliver engaging and high-quality Drama lessons from KS3 to KS5\n\n * \n\n Direct and assist with school productions, showcases, and co-curricular performances\n\n * \n\n Encourage pupil involvement in drama competitions, festivals, and enrichment programmes\n\n * \n\n Track and assess pupil progress, offering targeted feedback and individual support\n\n * \n\n Collaborate with colleagues in the Arts Department to support an innovative curriculum\n\n * \n\n Promote key values such as confidence, teamwork, and creative thinking\n\nAbout the School\n\nThis respected all-boys’ independent school offers a holistic and forward-thinking education in a supportive and aspirational setting.
