Who We’re Looking For We want to connect with chefs who bring: Strong culinary expertise in high-volume or high-quality environments A passion for people development, food trends, and innovation Confident leadership, communication skills, and a collaborative approach Flexibility to travel throughout Scotland (with expenses covered) Knowledge of food safety, compliance and operational standards Qualifications such as NVQ Level 2, Food Safety Level 3 (or equivalent) Experience in fine dining, multi-site support, or large team leadership is a bonus, but not essential.
