Student Services Coordinator role at EF Manchester International Language Campus. EF Manchester International Language Campus is looking for an organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Student Services Coordinator. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for students and staff, ensuring a welcoming, engaging, and well-run campus experience. You’ll help create a supportive and vibrant environment for international students, while developing valuable skills in communication and operations.
Position Details
* Full-time – 5 days per week
* Permanent contract

Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer service
* Support students in their daily life to enable the best experience and highest learning possible
* Maintain excellent relationships with sales colleagues, providing prompt, consistent service
* Participate in student intakes, including preparing welcome bags and producing student identification badges
* Respond to general daily student enquiries
* Support the Student Services team with attendance tracking, monitoring and recording daily registers, and following up with non-attending students
* Assist with student satisfaction follow-ups as required
* Ensure reception area is kept clean, tidy, and professional at all times
Requirements
* Highly motivated, energetic, and positive
* Excellent customer service skills
* Excellent communication and people skills
* Confident with IT
* Enjoys working in a busy and varied service environment
* Highly organized with attention to detail
* Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and positively under pressure
* Flexible attitude and creative problem solver
* All offers subject to a clear enhanced DBS check and two references
* Legally able to work in the UK at commencement of employment
