We are seeking a knowledgeable HR Advisor to support and manage HR functions within the industrial/manufacturing industry. This role is based in Huddersfield and requires expertise in HR practices and Employee Relations to ensure the smooth operation of the department.

Description
* Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
* Manage employee relations, including addressing grievances and disciplinary actions.
* Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
* Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
* Maintain and update employee records accurately and confidentially.
* Coordinate training and development programmes for staff.
* Collaborate with management to improve workplace culture and employee engagement.
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
* A solid understanding of HR policies and employment legislation.
* Previous experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector is advantageous.
* Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills.
* Proven ability to manage employee relations effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in HR systems and tools.
* A relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
Job Offer
* Competitive salary ranging from GBP 42,000 to GBP 45,000.
* Permanent position based in Huddersfield – 4 days on site, 1 day WFH.
