Are you an organised and detail-oriented administrator looking for a new challenge? Cheshire East Council is seeking a Business Administrator to support the Childrens Partnership Boards and the Childrens Development and Partnerships Team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Co-ordinate agendas, reports, and meetings for multi-agency and senior management boards
* Provide administrative support, including financial processing tasks
* Liaise with senior managers and external partners
* Organise events such as conferences, workshops, and development days
* Manage office systems, incoming calls, and email enquiries
* Support service improvements in Childrens Services
Requirements:
* Experience in administration (minute-taking and arranging meetings preferred)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Resilience and ability to handle confidential information professionally
