We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our SmartSolutions Project Team. This is a 12 month fixed term contract covering for Maternity Leave. This is a hybrid opportunity with 1-2 days spent collaborating in our offices in Bromsgrove, the remainder from home or at customers premises.
You will be responsible for effective management of existing SmartSolutions customer accounts, providing day-to-day branch and customer support by managing and responding to daily queries, updates, and issues via both managed e‑mail and phone. Liaising with customer, branch, and our tech supplier to ensure that all desk‑based implementation tasks and operations are effectively managed to meet SmartSolutions targets.
SmartSolutions is seeking a dynamic and organised Project Coordinator to join our innovative national team. As Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and delivering cutting‑edge smart technology projects that drive efficiency and innovation for our clients.
* Building and maintaining successful partnerships with customers, colleagues and suppliers and focusing on the achievement of long‑term customer loyalty.
* Responsible for setup of customer servers and report schedules.
* Ensure achievement of all relevant Key Performance Indicators, targets and objectives.
* Manage customer day‑to‑day queries, first‑line technical support, additions to servers and escalating outstanding issues to the tech supplier.
* Actively identify new opportunities to increase existing customer stock managed through the solutions by mining customer reports and increase share of wallet.
* Act as the liaison between Rexel, the tech supplier and customers to ensure that all required tasks and milestones are met to hit implementation dates.
* Manage Smartstock license renewal schedule, informing stakeholders and raising orders on Inventory at the appropriate time.
* Utilise IT systems such as Sourcerer, M3 and Microsoft Office to generate required reporting for both customers and Rexel.
* Actively keep up to date with current and new Rexel SmartStock Solutions offers and be considered an expert to support customers and the Rexel team.
* Experience of dealing with customers and key stakeholders day‑to‑day and managing their expectations.
* Experience of managing projects.
* Aknowledge of M3 and Rexel customer proposition and operations.
* Excellent communication skills (including persuasion and influencing).
* Good relationship building skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across a cross‑functional team to deliver target performance.
* Working knowledge of M3 across a range of branch processes and procedures is advantageous.
* Good organisation, planning and time management skills.
* Electrical product knowledge is advantageous.
* Full driving licence.
This is a fixed term contract to cover Maternity leave, but could lead to a full‑time position.
