Prepare accurate customer quotations for various products and services. Ensure precise and efficient order processing. Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and tactfully. Maintain and update the customer database for data integrity. Speaking to customers regarding outstanding account balances Dealing with any invoice queries Matching invoices Perform administrative tasks to support efficient operations. Manage customer inquiries and maintain customer satisfaction.
