This is a true generalist opportunity, supporting site-based HR operations within a fast-paced and evolving environment. /p p This role offers excellent autonomy, with responsibility for managing HR activity across multiple locations. While you will act as the primary HR contact on-site, you'll also be part of a wider HR function, ensuring access to ongoing support, collaboration, and professional development. /p p A full UK driving licence is essential. /p h3 Key Responsibilities /h3 ul li Provide expert, pragmatic HR advice to managers on a wide range of employee relations matters /li li Manage end-to-end HR casework, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance management /li li Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities /li li Ensure consistent application of HR policies and compliance with current UK employment legislation /li li Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that drive business improvement and growth /li li Maintain accurate HR records and produce reports as required /li li Build strong, credible relationships with stakeholders across multiple sites /li /ul h3 About You /h3 ul li Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally with experience working autonomously /li li Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice /li li Confident managing a varied and high-volume employee relations caseload independently /li li Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills /li li Highly organized, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands /li li Flexible and willing to travel across Scotland as required /li li CIPD qualified or currently working towards qualification (desirable) /li /ul h3 What's on Offer /h3 ul li A high-autonomy role with the support of an experienced and collaborative HR team /li li A varied, fast-paced position with exposure across multiple sites /li li A stable, permanent opportunity within a reputable and well-established organisation /li /ul /div #J-18808-Ljbffr
