Parts Sales Manager required for a well-established Motor Trade Parts Business, located in Bradford.
The salary on offer for this Parts Sales Manager is £32,000.

* Prior Sales Team Management in a B2B capacity
* Extensive IT literacy knowledge, including MS Office.
* Achieving Parts Sales Volumes and profit objectives
* Motivating and developing the Parts/Telesales Team
* Strong Interpersonal Skills
Responsibilities:
* Maximise the profit opportunity in the Parts/Telesales Department
* Ensuring the Parts Sales team maintain proper and accurate use of all Business systems.
* As a Parts Sales Manager it is your duty to recruit for Parts Sales Team Members
* Maintaining standards of performance in the Parts Department through coaching and development.
