Our client, a well-established energy business in London, is hiring an Energy Optimization Engineer to support the next phase of their growth. The role is based in Mayfair and operates on a hybrid basis, with three office days and two remote days per week. Energy Optimization Engineer – Role Purpose: The optimization engine is the intelligence behind how we operate generation assets, shape trading decisions, and manage energy supply positions. We are looking for an engineer who wants to take long-term responsibility for this platform, guiding its architecture, evolving its design, and ensuring it remains a high-performance commercial product as the business expands. This is a role for someone who enjoys combining optimisation modelling, production engineering, and commercial thinking. You will work closely with engineering, trading, and operations teams, becoming the technical steward of a system that sits at the centre of our business.
