Role Summary

As the Studio Production Manager, you will play an important role in supporting the Studio and Production team to ensure FatFace has a best in class the studio and events team. You are detail orientated, with a creative appreciation and will help deliver high quality outputs for the studio, lifestyle shoots and brand events. This role is perfect for someone who can juggle multiple tasks, is a strong leader and has a passion for retail.


Role Responsibilities

* Ensure the efficient and smooth running of all shoots and events – in house and externally
* Responsible for all timelines for studio, shoots, and events, ensuring alignment with CPAs and seasonal workflows.
* Lead and develop two direct reports: the Producer and the in-house Stylist.
* Mentor the in-house Stylist to maintain high-quality e-commerce styling and outfitting that meets brand requirements and reflects current trends.
* Collaborate with the Brand Workflow Manager to ensure seasonal production is delivered on time, within budget, and to brief.
* Ensure all studio outputs, reporting, and deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
* Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., DMBS and Partners) to improve processes and workflow efficiency.
* Execute shoots and events alongside the Producer and Brand Workflow Manager.
* Work closely with the Senior Art Director and Production taking their brief and sourcing the best suited collaborators when selecting models, talent, locations etc
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product photography is delivered on time for all channels (web, email, social, DM, POS).
* Attend briefing meetings, brand updates, and activity handovers.
* Liaise and build strong relationships with external suppliers – photographers, models, agencies, equipment, stylists, production teams (UK and overseas) and others
* Oversee and update the studio production line to ensure operational excellence.
* Align self to companies social and environmental mission and champion any actions that you can directly impact at all times’


Skills and Experience

* Proven experience in studio or production management within retail, fashion, or creative industries.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities.
* Leadership experience, including managing and developing direct reports.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Creative appreciation and understanding of styling, photography, and brand aesthetics.
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with external suppliers.
* Budget management and cost control experience.
* Proficiency in production planning tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
