About the Role
Capital City College (CCC) is seeking an hourly paid Counselling Lecturer in Finsbury Park, London. The role involves teaching counselling courses from Level 2 to Level 6 and delivering units aligned with awarding body requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging, inclusive teaching sessions that support learners to achieve their goals.
* Share your knowledge and real‑world insights to help learners develop their skills and understanding.
* Adapt your teaching to meet diverse learner needs.
* Plan and deliver all units for the counselling courses you teach.
* Use available resources to support students’ work and skill development.
* Communicate effectively with students and motivate/support their studies.
Qualifications and Experience
* Appropriate background in counselling and teaching experience in a vocational context.
* Teaching qualification or commitment to obtain one during the first term of contract.
* Experience with personal and group tutoring.
* Strong communication skills to motivate and support students.
