Hours: 17 hours per week, Wednesday (12:30 – 16:30), Thursday (08:00 – 16:00) Friday (08:00 – 13:00)

About the role

What you’ll be doing
* Welcoming visitors and customers with professionalism and warmth.
* Managing the main switchboard and directing calls efficiently.
* Coordinating meeting room bookings and refreshments.
* Supporting site security by monitoring visitor access.
* Assisting with general administrative tasks and other duties, which could include handling of post, stationery supply and refreshments.
Who we’re looking for
* A collaborative team player with a positive approach.
* Previous experience in providing reception and administration.
* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to multitask and organise as necessary.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
* The ability to provide additional cover when required due to holidays or sickness.
* Current valid driving licence and ability to travel to site.
