We’re looking for a hands-on, creative and driven marketer who’s ready to take full ownership of our client's marketing function. This is a rare opportunity to shape the brand, build campaigns from scratch, and be at the centre of our growth story.
You’ll be responsible for raising our profile, generating leads, and supporting both Sales and Customer Success with content, campaigns, and tools. You’ll need to be confident working independently, making decisions, and wearing multiple hats—perfect for someone who thrives in a startup environment.
This role suits someone with 3+ years’ experience, who’s hungry for more responsibility and ready to prove what they can do in a fast-moving B2B business.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and evolve our brand voice across all channels.
* Create engaging content, case studies, blog posts, newsletters, and social snippets.
* Plan and execute campaigns across Paid and organic channels (LinkedIn, Google Ads, email). - Build and optimise landing pages and lead funnels and improve Organic inbound traffic.
* Lead social media presence and engagement.
* Create sales enablement collateral and customer comms.
* Organise and/or co-ordinate events.
* Track key marketing metrics and share performance insights.
* Work with the CRO to shape strategy and contribute new ideas.
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years in B2B marketing (ideally SaaS or startup experience).
* Strong copywriting and visual communication skills.
* A self-starter with a practical, iterative approach.
* Collaborative across teams and confident in a fast-moving environment.
* Nice to Have
* Experience in insurance or financial services.
* Startup or small team experience.
* Familiarity with using CRMs such as Pipedrive and Suitedash.
