You’ll be working across a broad geographical area covering Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, and Herefordshire – offering plenty of opportunity to engage with both existing and prospective clients and candidates, and to unlock the full potential of your recruitment desk. What does the role involve? As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for: Building and nurturing client relationships Growing your candidate pipeline and database Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including: Identifying and contacting client leads Taking job briefs and negotiating fees and terms Headhunting and sourcing candidates Conducting right-to-work and reference checks Managing candidate timesheets and onboarding processes Who would thrive in this role?
