The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing medium to large customer accounts, ensuring the highest levels of customer service for Key DX customers. Proactively engaging with customers to identify possible issues or upcoming increases in volume, while driving additional revenue through growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Communicate with customers proactively to ensure they receive excellent customer care.
2. Negotiate annual price increases and drive revenue through upselling and sourcing additional lines of business with current customers.
3. Resolve customer issues at all levels by working closely with local customer service and operational teams.
4. Provide a flow of information between the customer and the business.
5. Produce weekly and monthly service reports.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a logistics/distribution environment in a similar role is essential.
