Managing the customer journey within the Service Department, ensuring a positive experience for clients
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Liaising effectively between service advisors, technicians, and customers
Promoting additional services to maximise workshop productivity
Achieving individual sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Handling customer inquiries and providing expert advice on vehicle repairs and servicing
Following dealership processes accurately and efficiently
Contributing towards the dealership’s reputation for excellent customer serviceRequirements:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Senior Service Advisor, or Trainee Service Advisor is preferred
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong attention to detail and proactive approach
Professional attitude with a customer-focused mindset
Full UK driving licence is essential
Knowledge of main dealer operations is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided
