Are you an organised, detail-driven individual with a flair for multitasking and a professional phone manner? We’re recruiting for an Administrator on behalf of a well-established client that provide professional services to their clients. This is for a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a close-knit team of four in a fast-paced, open-plan office environment where your contribution will be truly valued.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Processing new business requests, ensuring all checks are completed whilst updating internal records
• Dealing with client queries by post, email and phone
• Issue proposal packs and application forms
• Help to prepare correspondence and financial planning reports
• Updating/maintaining electric filing systems
• Supporting with general day-to-day administrative tasks such as mailing, scanning and copying
Who We’re Looking For:
• A confident communicator with a personable nature and excellent telephone manner
• Someone with strong numerical skills and a keen eye for detail
• Proven experience in a busy office environment
• High-level IT proficiency, including Microsoft Excel
• Excellent written English and proofreading ability
• Able to juggle multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00
