We have an exciting opportunity for a well-organised and self-motivated Lecturer in Outdoor and Adventurous Activities based at our Willerby Grove Campus, with an expectation to work across all three sites, on a full-time, permanent basis.
Main Duties Of The Role
Your role will involve delivering an ambitious curriculum through formal scheduled teaching and assessments, including preparation and evaluation of delivery.
Essential Requirements
* GCSE level standard education or equivalent (maths & English).
* Level 5 or above teaching qualification (CertEd / PGCE or equivalent) or willingness to work towards.
* Minimum of Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject area (combination of land and water-based instructional qualifications), such as:
* Mountain leader
* Single pitch
* Paddle sport instructor
* Mountain bike instructor
* Orienteering instructor
* Archery instructor
* NSRA instructor
