1st Line Support Analyst is required by a well established company, working hours will be between 9 - 5pm and paying up to £24k annually. The company which have offices throughout the UK are seeking a 1st Line Support Analyst to rectify any issues into the service desk and required to act quickly to troubleshoot and resolve matters before escalating to senior members. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join a wonderful charity who are making peoples lives better. Joining a small IT team of 4, this is a newly created position where you will have the opportunity to learn and progress. For the right person, there will be lots of exposure to project work and lots of other opportunities to learn new skills and progress within the company. You will be logging and managing support desk calls for 500 users, ranging from fundamental IT issues to setting up new users.
