About the Role
Salary on appointment will be £31,236 per annum, with an annual increment up to £37,694 per annum.
We are seeking a highly organised individual with relevant experience to take on the role of Accreditation Project Officer within the Faculty Professional Services team at Norwich Business School. This pivotal position will lead the coordination and administration of the School’s external accreditation activities, supporting our strategic ambitions and reputation for excellence.
You will manage accreditation processes across a range of bodies including the Association of MBAs (AMBA), Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), EFMD Quality Improvement System (EQUIS), Athena Swan, Chartered Management Institute (CMI), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), and Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).
Working closely with academic colleagues and the School’s management team, you will plan and deliver accreditation projects, draft reports and submissions, and gather narrative, evidence, and data to meet the requirements of each accreditation body. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining systems and processes to support this work, with a focus on continuous improvement.
This role requires excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills, and the ability to build strong working relationships across the University and with external accreditation organisations. You will play a key role in representing the School in accreditation networks and supporting its long-term strategic goals.
This full-time post is available from 8 December 2025 on an indefinite basis.
