Quantity Surveyor | Commercial Fit Out | Remote Working | Central London | Perm or Freelance
Join a growing commercial interiors main contractor delivering high-quality office, CAT A/B and refurbishment projects across London and the UK.
They're looking for a Quantity Surveyor who can also assist with estimating someone commercially rounded who can support both pre-construction and live delivery.
The Role
• Commercial management of live commercial fit-out projects
• Preparing and managing subcontractor packages, valuations, variations & final accounts
• Producing CVRs, cost reports and forecasts
• Assisting with estimating, take-offs and tender pricing (to a reasonable level)
• Supporting both pre-construction and delivery teams
• Working remotely with visits to London sites and SE1 office as required
What they're looking for
• Quantity Surveyor with some estimating capability
• Background in commercial fit out / refurbishment preferred
• Comfortable working remotely with autonomy and accountability
• Adaptable, commercially sharp, and organised
• Open to permanent or freelance
• Someone who enjoys being trusted to manage their own workload
