Dedicated to education, this not-for-profit is looking for a detailed Administrator on a temporary basis, which is expected to last until July.What’s in it for you? * Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm * Salary: £26,000Temporary Administrator Responsibilities: * Deliver high-level administrative support to the team with a strong focus on governance-related activities * Liaise with schools and key contacts to coordinate governance meetings * Prepare and distribute meetings agendas and compile relevant documents ahead of meetings * Attend meetings to accurately record minutes, capturing an overview of the meeting and actions * Support all governance processes * Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver a professional and seamless administrative service * Maintaining records * Website complianceTemporary Administrator Skills and Experience: * Demonstrates strong administration skills, with proven experience gained as an Administrator * Previous experience in the education sector would be beneficial, however as it's not essential, candidates with strong transferable administration skills are encouraged to apply * Can competently provide efficient, accurate, and well-organised administration support in a busy office environment and is skilled in managing multiple tasks, maintaining records, and supporting meetings * Flexible and adaptable approach with a willingness to work outside standard hours when required to support pre-arranged meetings * Thrives in a fast-paced role, enjoys variety and is capable of working under pressure and managing various priorities
