Purpose of the Role
To lead and manage the paraplanning team, ensuring the delivery of timely, accurate, and high-quality financial planning research and reports. The role involves being a key point of contact for team queries, supporting training and development, and contributing to projects beyond day-to-day client work.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and manage a high-performing paraplanning team, identifying training needs and supporting professional growth.
2. Oversee team workflow, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.
3. Conduct regular quality checks on reports and processes, providing feedback and coaching to enhance service delivery.
4. Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and relevant financial regulations.
5. Participate in team projects and meet associated deadlines.
6. Identify and implement process improvements within the team.
