Who is best suited to this role?
* A minimum of a 2.1 degree is required in any subject, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or Economics.
* While no prior experience is necessary, you must be numerate, analytical, and genuinely interested in the finance industry.
* You should be a self‑disciplined, proactive individual, always seeking opportunities to improve processes.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships are essential.
* Confidence with IT is required, especially in regard to Excel, along with a willingness to learn new tools and systems.
