From developing creative campaigns to driving brand consistency, you’ll play a central role in elevating awareness, engagement, and loyalty on a global scale. About the Role… As Brand Manager, you’ll take ownership of brand strategy and execution, ensuring that all marketing activity reflects the brand’s vision, tone, and positioning. You’ll work closely with teams across creative, digital, product, and retail to deliver campaigns that connect with audiences and reinforce brand storytelling. A key part of the role will be developing and executing integrated brand campaigns from concept through to delivery ensuring activity drives awareness, engagement, and conversion. You’ll manage timelines, budgets, and creative output, briefing both internal and external teams to produce assets that truly bring the brand to life. You’ll also play a key role in understanding audience insights, market trends, and competitor activity, using this knowledge to guide brand evolution and identify new opportunities for growth. Measurement and analysis will be important too, ensuring all brand initiatives deliver clear results and contribute to long-term success. About you… To be considered for this Brand Manager role, you’ll have proven experience managing or growing a consumer, lifestyle, fashion, or retail brand. You’ll bring a deep understanding of brand positioning, campaign development, and audience insight, with the ability to turn strategy into standout creative execution. Highly organised and proactive, you’ll be confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Creativity, commercial acumen, and strong communication skills will be essential. Experience across campaign planning, content creation, and partnerships would be a real advantage.
