Your new team
This position sits in our Global Travel Retail business, one of the Group’s largest markets bringing Pernod Ricard brands to duty‑free, cruise ships and border shops worldwide.
Your unique contribution
As a Brand Manager, you will work across our malt brands to develop and unlock their potential in Travel Retail. You will particularly focus on Aberlour Speyside Single Malt.
Accelerate the growth of Aberlour globally
* Lead the daily communication with brand company and business units to ensure alignment of global strategy.
* Leverage interactions with stakeholders at key business updates to influence and shape the brand plan for the GTR channel.
* Understand travel retail consumer behaviours, trends and needs to apply consumer‑first thinking.
* Review and lead NPD pipeline, driving the NPD process from planning to launch.
Drive brand visibility and engagement, with a special focus in ASIA and IMEA regions
* Develop global brand activations to support launches and global activations, including toolkit development and digital/physical consumer experiences.
* Create always‑on brand assets, merchandising guidelines and communication assets.
* Work closely with the Consumer Engagement team on a 360° communication and engagement plan.
* Lead collaboration between key domestic markets and business units to maximise synergy.
Transversal projects management and coordination of key stakeholders
* Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders including REX, Retail Training, Insight, logistics, finance and business units.
* Deliver ad‑hoc brand projects on a timely manner across the portfolio.
* Manage external partners such as creative agencies and retail design agencies.
* Monitor and manage brand A&P budgets to align with strategic initiatives and finance processes.
Who you’ll be working with
Internally: Brand Companies, GTR Business Units, local marketing teams, Finance, insight team, traveller engagement team, retail experience and design, retail training.
Externally: Creative agencies, POS, media, merchandising agencies.
Your blend of talent
* Previous experience in drinks industry/FMCG/premium or luxury; experience in brand and trade/customer marketing.
* Proven record in marketing.
* Strong organisational and project management skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
* Creative problem‑solving abilities.
* Entrepreneurial mindset and business acumen.
* Can‑do attitude and collaborative spirit.
* Energetic, proactive, with strong work ethics.
* Proficient English – verbal and written.
* Global or multi‑market experience is a plus.
