Who We’re Looking For
We’re searching for an experienced Property Manager who:
* Thrives on building genuine client relationships
* Is warm, approachable, and solutions‑focused
* Handles challenges with professionalism and confidence
* Takes pride in delivering exceptional personalised service
* Holds a current WA Property Management Registration
* Has a reliable vehicle suitable for work use
* Has a minimum of two years’ experience in Property Management

You’ll be supported by an experienced and well‑resourced team including:
* Dedicated Leasing Consultant
* Trust Accountant
* Experienced Virtual Assistant support (10+ years with the company) assisting with administration
* Streamlined systems and administrative support

* Property Tree
* Inspection Express
* 360 cameras and 4K inspection technology
* Microsoft Office 365 and OneDrive synced systems
* Laptop, second screen, and mobile setup provided for home office use
