Duties:
12. Lead the Aftersales department to deliver excellent customer service and operational efficiency
13. Drive workshop performance to maximise productivity and profitability
14. Oversee the customer journey to ensure a seamless experience, including vehicle health checks and upselling.
15. Manage and develop the service team, fostering a motivated and skilled workforce
16. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, legal, and financial regulations including DVSA MOT requirements
17. Implement new digital systems and processes to improve operational efficiency
18. Monitor departmental KPIs to meet targets and drive continuous improvement
19. Maintain high standards across the service department to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements as an Aftersales Manager:
20. Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager or Service Manager, within a Franchised Dealership.
21. Strong leadership and team management skills
22. Excellent communication and customer service abilities
23. Knowledge of digital dealership systems and processes
24. Ability to optimise workshop productivity and profitability
25. Sound understanding of health and safety and regulatory compliance
26. Drive to achieve and exceed targets
