Job Opportunity: Sales Manager – Line Maintenance and Learning Solutions
Overview
Are you ready to take your career to new heights? We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Manager - Line Maintenance & Learning Solutions to join our dynamic team. This role offers the chance to impact the Aerospace and Aviation sectors by driving revenue, building strong client relationships, and delivering innovative solutions.
This is a mobile/hybrid role, offering remote work with weekly attendance at our Stansted office. The package includes a salary of £76,000 (including car allowance). We value diversity, equality, and inclusion, and encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans for Line Maintenance and Learning Solutions (EASA Part 147 & Part 145).
* Build and nurture client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
* Drive business development in line maintenance, MRO, and training sectors.
* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Research industry trends and analyze competitors to provide insights.
* Partner with Sales & Marketing teams to promote solutions aligned with company values.
* Report on sales targets and forecasts regularly.
* Promote diversity and inclusion through client learning programs.
Qualifications
* At least 5 years of proven sales experience in Aerospace & Aviation, with familiarity in MRO, line maintenance, and training solutions.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, Marketing, or related field; an MBA is a plus.
* Exceptional sales, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
* Deep understanding of aviation technologies and MRO processes.
* Knowledge of training methodologies.
* Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools.

Day-to-day
* Engage with clients via calls, emails, and meetings to understand needs and propose solutions.
* Work with technical, marketing, and learning teams to deliver solutions.
* Travel to meet clients and industry events.
* Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
