Maintenance Manager | Wyre contract Permanent, Full time 40hrs Salary £30,000 We are currently recruiting for a Contract wide Maintenance Manager to join the Wyre contract team. The successful candidate will be a key part of the contract's operation, ensuring all facilities are maintained to the highest standard. Role and Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for all maintenance and facility management duties across the Wyre leisure contract. Key responsibilities will include Developing, implementing, and managing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules across all facilities. Ensuring all facilities comply with relevant health, safety, and legislative requirements. Managing the maintenance budget and sourcing competitive quotes for works and materials. Responding to and resolving reactive maintenance issues efficiently to minimise downtime and disruption. Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance work, inspections, and compliance checks. Contributing to the strategic planning and long term asset management of the contract. What We're Looking For Proven experience in a Maintenance Management role, ideally within the leisure, hospitality, or facilities management sector. Strong technical knowledge of building maintenance, including mechanical, 18th edition electrician qualification, and HVAC systems. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. A relevant professional qualification or trade certification is desirable.
