Job Description Month-End & Reporting Complete key month-end processes including accruals, prepayments and revenue recognition Support delivery of accurate divisional accounts by WD4 Provide clear commentary on variances versus forecast Data, Insight & Business Partnering Partner with operational teams across Electrical Services, Protective Coatings and Pipeline Services Prepare finance reports and monthly MI packs for senior stakeholders Analyse financial trends, identifying risks, opportunities and actionable insights Evaluate cost structures and recommend efficiency improvements Control & Governance Conduct expenditure variance analysis against budget Strengthen compliance with financial processes across the division Review credit card spend and improve compliance Produce financial reports to support robust management of large projects Drive improvements in invoicing to reduce aged WIP Work closely with credit control and stakeholders on aged debt Continuous Improvement Support ad‑hoc analysis as required Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
