Technical Support Engineer - Capital Equipment
We are a pioneering leader in the provision of packaging machinery to the FMCG and personal care markets. With year on year growth, we are continuing to grow our team.
We now have a newly created role in our Service team for an experienced Technical Service Lead who will add capacity, drive efficiency and optimise how we deliver service across the business.
As a Technical Support Engineer/Technical Customer Service Lead, you will be dealing with customer enquiries, triaging and prioritising every request gathering key information to ensure the best response. You will manage and optimise the engineer diaries, provide support and visit packs and monitor the progress of service jobs whilst also following up on engineer reports to identify any additional sales opportunities such as spares, repairs and upgrades etc.
