Job Role: RCA Building Surveyor

Location: Field based – Hampshire/Sussex & Cambridgeshire/Nottingham areas

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Main Purpose of the role:


As the RCA Building Surveyor, you will be supporting the management of sub-teams within the wider RCA environment, ensuring high standards of quality are maintained.


Main Responsibilities:


1. Provide technical expertise and guidance on some of the more complex buildings within the client’s portfolio.
2. Assist with quality checking of reports prior to issue, and take responsibility for updating schedules and costings, using BCIS data or applying existing building knowledge.
3. Conduct Reinstatement Cost Assessments (RCAs) in accordance with RICS guidelines.
