Your Role
 * Design and build AI & analytics solutions deployable at scale.
 * Collaborate with clients to identify problems and define impactful solutions.
 * Explain solutions clearly to stakeholders and articulate benefits.
 * Lead and motivate teams to deliver successfully.
 * Author internal and public whitepapers and represent Capgemini at conferences.
Your Skills And Experience
 * Capabilities in AI techniques: supervised/un‑supervised ML, GenAI, deep learning, graph analytics, statistical analysis, time series, geospatial, NLP, sentiment analysis, pattern detection.
 * Strong communication skills: present work to clients and manage stakeholder relationships.
 * Experience winning work with public or private sector clients – via RFI/RFP, bids, presentations. Familiar with Databricks, Dataiku, AzureML, SageMaker and ML frameworks such as Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn.
 * Cloud platform experience: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud. Proficiency with Terraform.
 * Technology deployment: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (Jenkins, Tekton, ArgoCD), GitHub.
 * Track record of building and leading technical teams, managing workload, Agile facilitation, risk mitigation.
Security Clearance
Appointment requires Security Check (SC) clearance. Must have resided continuously in the UK for the last 5 years and meet other eligibility criteria.
