Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging lessons or provide targeted support to pupils as appropriate for the role (SEN/Teaching Assistant or Teacher).
* Support students with complex needs, including Autism and SEMH profiles, and assist with communication needs.
* Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive learning environment across different year groups.
* Collaborate with school staff to monitor pupil progress and adapt approaches as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience working with students with complex needs or a strong genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs.
* Ability to support pupils with Autism, non-verbal communication, and SEMH profiles.
* Flexibility, reliability, and a caring, resilient approach.
