About the role
We're looking for an Applications Support Officer to join our team and play a key role in supporting the implementation of a new Adult Social Care system, as well as maintaining our existing applications.
What will you be doing?
* Provide expert support for the rollout of our new Adult Social Care system.
* Ensure smooth operation and troubleshooting of existing applications.
* Work closely with stakeholders to deliver high‑quality solutions that improve service delivery.
* Assist with testing, configuration, and user training during implementation phases.
About You
* Strong technical skills and experience in application support.
* Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical users.
* Knowledge of social care systems or similar environments is desirable.
