Housing organisation needs an experienced internal change communications expert to join their team to lead on overarching change communications strategy and narrative across multiple projects. As part of their transition programme, they need to develop strategy and plan for corporate announcements, channel management and content schedule. Specifically need: Previous track record in change communications role Leadership comms experience – able to advise senior executives and project directors Strong employee engagement and able to help people with change Ability to advise and coach as well as tactically roll up sleeves and deliver Work with wider comms team to ensure messages and activities are aligned.
